Audio and Image Uploads

As an individual you have permission to submit an audio upload to us via our website. You must complete the registration form providing details about you and the audio clip. It is your responsibility to make sure these details are correct and complete. Its is your responsibility to ensure the information is true, accurate, current and complete.

  • We reserve the right to reject any audio submission at any time.
  • We reserve the right to edit any audio upload prior to upload on our podcast channel.
  • We reserve the right to use the audio submission for any future purposes including commercial use.
  • We reserve the right to delete the audio submission after a period of time without notice to you.

By submitting your audio clip you subsequently give us permission to use the submission for non exclusive, worldwide, transferable permssion to : – use, copy, adapt, transfer, transmit rebroadcast and distrubute on our own and to third parties on a commercial or non commercial basis. We may also use the submission in materials for radio, tv, film, online, animations or in app promotions.

You are making a commitment that the material that you have submitted is the property of you and that is does not infringe on any intellectual property, copyright or trademarks.

Online Forms:

When a customer uses our “Contact Us”  function, a session cookie is created. This creates a unique identifier, ensuring that your details can only be attached to your application, guarding against fraudulent activity. The session cookies have a short lifespan and ‘time-out’ after a short period of time. The cookies are not logged by the Gathering Heritage and we do not retain a record. The information supplied by you to us is treated as confidential data and is never supplied to a third party. We will keep you contact information for the purposes of replying to  query.  We may send you occasional emails as a Gathering Heritage contributor. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the link in the email footer.

As a website user you have the right from 25th of May 2018 to request your personal information, delete your personal information and to unsubscribe from any future email marketing campaigns.

Please be aware that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the content of their emails is within the bounds of the law. Unsolicited material of a criminal nature will be reported to the relevant authorities and blocked.
